I made tacos for dinner and put the leftover bean mixture in this lunch. Broke up a taco shell and it was fun to eat this way too! That's cottage cheese and jelly. No need to buy those expensive single portions of it in the dairy aisle when you can put it together yourself like this. Julia loved this lunch :) BTW - those are reusable silicone muffin cups. Great for dividing foods within the compartments.

Wasa crackers under the string cheese for a little crunch to. Protein, veggies and fruit. A very balanced meal :)
Hard boiled eggs are great for lunch boxes. I make about 8 at a time and they're ready to grab and go. That's a juicy mango in with the grapes. watch my VIDEO for a great tip on easy mango slicing!

Lily made the deviled eggs as well as the wrap sandwich. What make it really good is the marinated red peppers in every bite. Edamame with lemon pepper is a delicious side.
