Our cooler bags have room to hold hot AND cold food if you pack a thermos too. My girls had spicy tomato soup (in the thermos). The ELB container holds bean salad, carrots and red peppers, a tangerine, some olives, and a pesto and parmesan cheese roll for dipping in the soup. They loved this lunch :) (Heat up the core of the thermos w/boiling water before filling and it'll stay hot longer)
